Boil the noodles in a large pot of salted water until tender. These noodles are incredibly easy and quick to cook.

These creamy white organic noodles also lend themselves to the preparation of many hot and cold dishes - from an oriental, Szechuan pepper stir-fry to an equally luscious cold, lime vinaigrette salad with fresh cilantro. The noodles can also be used in wok dishes, soups and salads.
