This white flour is made from 100% organic spelt grains. They are finely ground and sifted. White flour made from spelt grains tastes slightly milder than white flour made from wheat. Spelt is as nutritious as wheat, but is easier to digest.
Ideal as a base for spelt bread or as an alternative to white flour made from wheat. Goes well with many recipes.
