Quatre Epices is a traditional French blend of 4 spices: pepper, nutmeg, clove and ginger. In traditional French cuisine, Quatre Epices is almost the only traditional spice blend.

Uses

Goes well with soups, ragout, stews, pâté, sausage and terrine. Delicious for sprinkling on steak, poultry, shrimp, fish or even French fries.
