Puffed organic spelt

Our puffed spelt is completely organic and free of additives. This puffed spelt is made from European spelt. In a large kettle with a small amount of water, the grain is put under great pressure until the spelt puffs. This makes each grain up to four times its size!

Completely without sugar

This puffed spelt contains no sugar.

The pops look just like the popular breakfast pops for kids from the big industrial brands, but with no sugar and no preservatives or other additives.

Add some (plant-based) milk and possibly a little maple syrup or acacia honey.

Using puffed spelt

Puffed spelt combine with milk or yogurt for a healthy breakfast. Also incorporate into cookies or breakfast bars.

You can also season these pops sweet or savory: shake over with a dash of oil and some spices or seasoning mixes over medium-high heat.

For a special snack or as a nice crunchy touch to a dish.
