Our buckwheat fusilli is made from organic buckwheat and flax seeds. We produce our buckwheat fusilli at less than 42°C throughout the entire production process, starting with grinding buckwheat on millstones.
For the production of the fusilli, only ground flaxseed and water are added. This is how we preserve the consistency of the buckwheat fusilli, without boiling and without adding gluten. The fusilli is dried slowly and the temperature is systematically lowered to room temperature.
For this fusilli, we only use buckwheat and linseed from organic cultivation.
Buckwheat contains no gluten. As a result, the buckwheat fusilli you know always tend to lose its shape when cooked.
We make our buckwheat fusilli in a unique lprocess, preserving all nutritional values. Moreover, you can cook this raw buckwheat pasta without the pasta sticking together.Our buckwheat fusilli does not stick and is produced at low temperature.
Cook the raw buckwheat fusilli with linseed in plenty of slightly salted water, up to 4 minutes.
