Poke bowls have their origins in Hawaii. "Poke" refers to the method of cutting fresh fish. Once a simple fish dish, it is now a worldwide sensation. Traditionally, a poke bowl consists of marinated cubes of sliced raw fish served on a bed of rice and accompanied by vegetables such as cucumber, avocado and seaweed. On top of this you can use various toppings of seeds and seeds. Our poke bowl seasoning mix gives a modern twist to these classic flavors, resulting in a delicious interplay of textures and cultures.
