In Asia, however, konjak is widely used in the kitchen. Hugely popular are the shirataki noodles made from konjak flour. The texture of these noodles is very similar to rice noodles, but with hardly any carbohydrates. A mere 7 calories per 100 grams.

Use Konjac paste in the form of Oriental noodles

These konjak noodles are in the form of classic oriental rice noodles. They are packaged in a brine purified water.

First make your sauce with vegetables, chicken, meat, tofu, soy pieces of your choice and taste. Rinse the pasta well under warm running water. Boil or fry for 2-3 minutes. Add to the dish immediately.

After opening, store in the refrigerator in the liquid and tightly closed, for up to 3 days.
