Kalahari desert salt is harvested by hand from a natural salt lake in the Kalahari Desert in South Africa. After harvesting, the salt is naturally dried in the sun. The inhospitable area of the Kalahari Desert is completely uninhabited. As a result, our Kalahari desert salt is free of chemical pollution. This salt is unrefined and contains no additives.

Coarse lake salt with delicate flavour

Kalahari desert salt has a coarse texture and a pleasant, delicate taste. This salt gets a soft pink glow due to the presence of minerals such as phosphorus.

Usage

Sprinkle the kalahari desert salt over dishes just before serving. Kalahari desert salt is particularly tasty on vegetables, soft fish, poultry and white meat.
