Our heather honey is made by bees that only collect nectar from heather. The heather fields develop without human interference. That makes this organic heather honey unique. Other heather honeys often consist of mixtures of different species of cultivated heather.

Real heather honey generally tends to have a somewhat dark, amber-coloured aspect, but it has a fairly wide range of colours. The colour also changes a bit by crystallisation in the pot. We choose not to do that, but to preserve the natural shades of this exceptionally pure heather honey.

This honey contains no additives and is processed in a natural way, without heating. This honey meets high quality standards and is subject to extensive analysis. Our honey is also carefully controlled to ensure that the bees are not supplemented with sugar during the flowering period.

Use
