Roasting our hazelnuts gives them a more intense taste and crispy texture. We roast our hazelnuts without oil or other types of fat. By roasting hazelnuts, it is also easier to remove their brown skin. We do not add any salt or other flavourers to these white, dry-roasted hazelnuts. This way you can fully enjoy crunchy and aromatic hazelnuts, without additives.
Our dry-roasted hazelnuts are delicious as a healthy, crispy snack. You can also chop them or use them whole in sweet as well as savoury dishes. Sprinkle some finely-chopped hazelnuts over poached pears for a wintry dessert. Or add hazelnut pieces and fresh parsley as a topping on pumpkin soup.
