Our organic guar gum is extracted from the seeds of the guar plant. Guar gum is used as a thickener, stabilizer, texture improver and to extend the shelf life of food.
In ice cream guar gum is used to improve the structure and to ensure that the ice cream melts less quickly. Our guar gum is 100% pure, organic and free from additives.
Guar gum is both hot and cold soluble. In combination with xanthan gum, the power of both products is strengthened.
Guar gum gives lightness and flexibility to preparations with gluten-free flour.
