The sideritis plant thrives high in the mountains, at over 1000 meters and is grown by hand.

You can drink one to two cups of herbal tea per day for a healthy day....

Use 2 teaspoons per bag - allow to steep for at least 7 minutes in water at 90-95°C. You can keep a teapot warm, this tea does not become more bitter by long steeping. Greek mountain tea can also be drunk cold, as ice tea. Cold or hot you can add honey and lemon or orange.
