Garam masala, meaning "hot spice mix" in Hindi, is an enormously popular spice mix in all Indian cuisines. Garam Masala consists of a mix of roasted herbs and spices. The mix tastes spicy and warm, but is not sharp.
Our garam masala 100% natural and without additives.
Use
Garam Masala seasons meat, vegetables, curries and other Indian dishes such as tandoori, korma and samosa. Add only at the end of preparation.
Ingredients
Coriander, fenugreek, cumin, pepper, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, anise, caraway, garlic. 100% natural, without additives.
