The chocolate is sugar-free, and the granola is lightly sweetened with agave syrup. Instead of sugars, the extra crunchy granola boasts a remarkable 25% plant-based proteins, thanks in part to the subtle addition of pea protein. Carob has been included to enhance the chocolate flavour and, like the pea, to contribute to the nutritional value of the product.
