Erythritol powder sugar is a natural sweetener made from pure erythritol. Erythritol contains only 20 calories and has a glycemic index of 0. This sweetener has a mild-sweet taste and sweetening powder of 60-70%. Erythritol powder sugar is ultra fine and easily dissolves.
Erythritol naturally occurs in some fruits, mushrooms and cheeses. The sweetener is obtained through natural fermentation. We do not artificially process this sweetener, nor do we add additives.
Use as a sugar substitute. Use one and a half times as much erythritol as you would use regular sugar. Erythritol easily dissolves. This powdered sugar can be used in desserts, baked goods, crumble and filo dough. Use regular erythritol in cheese cakes and xylitol gelling sugar in jam.
