Chmeli Suneli, "dried herbs" in Georgian, is a traditional spice mixture from the Caucasus, on the border of Europe. The mix blends well-known and less well-known herbs such as thyme or hyssop.

Indispensable in the spicy, slightly sour Georgian walnut sauce Satsivi. Also delicious in stews.

Pepper, coriander, dill, laurel, hyssop, thyme, basil, savory, tarragon, parsley, balm, marjoram. 100% pure, without additives.
