Mild typical caraway flavor

Caraway or caraway is delicious in simmering dishes, (sour) cabbage, soups and sauces. It gives a delicious taste in rye bread. Dilute to your own taste. The use of this caraway powder is useful when you don't want seeds in your dish.

It is less strong than cumin, but more pronounced than dill.

Purely ground caraway seeds. Without additives.
