High quality round grain rice
Our round grain rice is a high quality whole grain rice. It is from cultivation in Italy and was grown organically, without pesticides and herbicides. The rice is single variety. We do not use any additives. Since the rice is unhusked, all the natural nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and fiber are still present in the grain.
Use
It is best to wash before use. Each part of rice needs one and a half parts of water. Cook in 45 minutes. Round grain rice is slightly sweeter and stickier than long grain rice after cooking. Ideal with rich sauces or as a base for rice pudding.
Prepare rice aromatically?
Add a few cardamom pods or bay leaves into the cooking water for a pleasant aroma.
