Our black Kampot pepper is traditionally cultivated by local farmers in Cambodia. They harvest the pepper berries by hand and let them naturally dry in the sun. The result is an aromatic, fruity and somewhat minty pepper of excellent quality.
Black Kampot pepper is delicious on mint sorbet, red meat, game and poultry. Finely grind the peppercorns before use.
