Our balsamic vinegar is made in the traditional way from organic, ripe grapes. The vinegar is aged for at least 3 years in oak barrels. The result is a particularly tasty balsamic vinegar with an authentic sweet and sour taste.
Use
Balsamic vinegar adds a delicious flavour to salads and vegetable dishes. In Mediterranean cuisine, balsamic vinegar is an absolute favourite on grilled or fried vegetables.
