We make our organic almond flour from whole, finely ground almonds grown organically. So without chemical fertilizers and without the use of pesticides and herbicides.
The brown skin of the organic almonds is removed, therefore it has no bitter or dry taste.
Our organic almond flour is made from the whole almond and not from the cheaper pulp. It is almond flour with a full and firm structure, it is very tasty and it is also a healthy alternative for flour.
This organic almond flour contains no trans fatty acids and has undergone no chemical processing. Almond flour that has not been made from the pulp also has a very low carbohydrate content. A real healthy pleasure!
Almond flour itself has a full and firm texture. Use almond flour as a substitute for other flours in cookies, cakes, pancakes, bread, pastries or waffles. Almond flour is ideal for baking up to 180°C. It gives a delicious, soft and juicy taste. Store your creations with almond flour in a tightly closed jar, then they will dry out less quickly.
Use almond flour in combination with other flours. Wheat flour, spelt flour and buckwheat flour go very well together with almond flour.
