Our chickpeas fusilli is made from organic chickpeas and flax seeds. We produce our these fusilli at less than 42°C throughout the entire production process, starting with grinding chickpeas on millstones.
For the production of the fusilli, only ground flaxseed and water are added. The fusilli are dried slowly, and the temperature is systematically lowered to room temperature.
Chickpeas do not contain gluten. As a result, the chickpeas fusilli you know always tend to lose their shape when cooked, and stick together.
We manufacture our chickpeas fusilli in a unique and slow process at low temperature, preserving all nutritional values. Therefore, you can cook these chickpeas fusilli without them sticking together or losing their fusilli shape.
Cook the raw chickpeas fusilli with flaxseed in plenty of slightly salted water, 3-4 minutes.
