Sichuan peppers are the dried peels of the fruit of a citrus plant. Our Sichuan pepper is natural, pure and does not contain artificial aromas. As a result, the berries preserve their fresh, light citrus flavour and mild spiciness. Sichuan pepper has a slightly numbing effect on the tongue.
