This herbal oil for salads and dressings is a fine mix of two fresh, cold-pressed oils with extracts of dill, basil and tarragon. The blend of rapeseed oil and sunflower oil give a delicious, somewhat nutty taste to a wide array of dishes. Our salad oil is organically produced without pesticides or herbicides.
This herbal salad oil can be used in salads, dressings and dips with yoghurt or sour cream. It is delicious on fish, cheese or in soup. The salad oil goes well with parsley and chives.
Add 1-2 tbsps of salad oil right before serving. Or use it as a base for homemade dressings.
