This starch is obtained from organic potatoes. Potato starch is a strong natural binder. Compared to corn and wheat starch, potato starch contains almost no proteins and fatty acids. The absence of these substances gives potato starch a unique flavor, exceptional binding power and surprising brightness. In soups and sauces potato starch does not change the natural color.
For each liter of liquid, dissolve 1-2 tablespoons of starch in a little cold water. Add this mixture to your boiling soup or sauce. Boil for one minute, stirring constantly.
