These mild green peppers are a true delicacy from Greece. Sun-ripened, and hand-picked, they are pickled in water, salt and vinegar. They are firmly part of the Greek mezze - the Greek for of tapas culture and they are staples of Greek Mediterranean cuisine. Our pepperoni are mild and accessible to all.
The pepperoni used are grown in accordance with EU regulations and are certified organic. This means that they are free of fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides. Regular analyses of the pepperoni confirm the high purity and quality.
These green, pointed and mild chili peppers are more flavorful than regular pepper. It can be used to give gazpacho, fish and poultry dishes a unique flavour. Of course it fits perfectly in feta cheese dishes, or as a tapa or snack.
