These Mung dal or mung beans are natural and unprocessed mung beans from which the outer skin was removed. This makes them even more digestible than regular mung beans. Mung beans are high in protein and fiber.

Mung beans can be boiled, or ground and then processed. For sprouting they are not suitable, for that use regular mung beans.
