When mung beans germinate, you get bean sprouts. Place the mung beans on a moist cotton pad in a hot place and let them germinate from 3 to 5 days.
Use our mung beans to make nutritious Bindae Duk pancakes, like in Korea. Or add them to salads, soups, stews and other dishes as a healthy meat subsitute.
