Honey from lime, or linden, blossoms is the perfect sweetener for herbal teas. The honey optimally balances the herbal flavours of the tea. On top of that, lime blossom honey has a relaxing effect. It has a sweet taste and a fresh aroma reminiscent of forests and trees.
Lime trees only blossom in the month of June. Bees have to work hard and fast to collect all the weet nectar in just one month time. It is a true race against time.
Lime blossom honey of mixed European and non-European origin is raw, pure and all-natural. It does not contain any additives and was processed without heating. This honey meets the highest quality standards and has been exhaustively analyzed. We continually test our honey to ensure the bees were not fed during blossoming.
Goes well with herbal teas and lemon sorbets.
Lime blossom honey of mixed European and non-European origin. All-natural and without additives. The bees who created this honey were not fed additional sugars during blossoming.

Raw honey may crystallize. You will notice a white snow on the surface of the honey. This crystallization process is completely natural and does not diminish the quality of honey. Place the jar of honey in some warm water (40°C at most) for a while. Make sure not to overheat the honey as this might damage the product's nutrients. Stir the warm honey to regain its creamy or liquid texture.
