Irish moss is a seaweed with shades of green to red-brown. Our Irish moss comes from a family business in the Gulf of Biscaya, where it is managed in pure waters and harvested by hand. It is then naturally dried at a low temperature. It is top quality Irish moss, based on artisanal craftsmanship and experience.
