Inca salt is a pure and natural spring salt from the Andes. The salt has a delicate pinkish golden colour, a crunchy texture and a mild, salty taste. The spring water from the mountains enriches the salt and adds extra minerals. There is no processing, so all the healthy substances are preserved.

Traditional salt extraction

 The spring water in the Andes is collected in terraces and evaporates in the sun. What remains is pure and natural table salt. Just as the Incas knew it thousands of years ago.

Use

Inca salt is ideal for refining light dishes with fish or vegetables. Very suitable as table salt.
