Our flaxseed oil is cold-pressed and unrefined. As a result it preserves the aromatic nutty taste, natural goldish colour and all the healthy nutrients from fresh flaxseeds.

Fresh

We receive a new lot of freshly-pressed flaxseed oil every month. Therefore, we can always guarantee premium-quality fresh flaxeed oil. However, this also means our supply is rather limited. Make sure to order in time! Fresh flaxseed oil has a shelf life of 1-2 months. Best stored in the refrigerator.

Healthy flaxseed oil with omega-3 fatty acids

Flaxseed oil naturally contains a very high amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids (min. 65%), mainly alpha-linolenic acid. This is responsible for the supply of healthy omega-3 fatty acids.

Use

Use flaxseed oil pure or in cold dishes. Do not heat. Because of its nutty flavour, flaxseed oil is delicious in salads and dips or in yoghurt with muesli.
