Chili con carne, the delicious Tex-Mex dish, can also be made without meat.
The so-called Tex-Mex cuisine, that is the cross-border dishes from Texas and Mexico. But no dish is as "Tex-Mex" as chili con carne - Spanish for "chili with meat".
A stew dish with hot peppers and beef, onions, tomatoes and spice mixes. The Mexican version is also full of beans, the real Texan version, on the other hand, is without beans.

But we made this mix especially for chili with beans - but without meat. And that is the literal translation of chili "sin" carne.

Use chile sin carne seasoning mix
Add the mix to the stew to taste. Tip: add a generous spoonful of Pit&Pit broth, and even a teaspoon of criollo cocoa powder. Also particularly suitable for seasoning taco fillings and stuffed South American pasties such as empanadas.
(And the secret is: you can also use this spice mix perfectly as a seasoning in a chili with meat)
