Buenos Aires spice mix is based on that combination, supplemented with quite a bit of ripe tomato and mild paprika. With that exceptional palette of flavors, you obtain a real all-rounder.

Using Buenos Aires spice mix: elevate your dishes

Buenos Aires seasoning suits both meat, vegetables, tomatoes and potatoes.

Use it as a rub or in marinades, it can also be used like this over meat and BBQ.

You can make a basic marinade in no time with 3 EL herb mix, 100 ml of olive oil and 40 ml of white wine vinegar. If desired, you can make a sweeter version by adding a teaspoon of thyme honey.

When you add this marinade to a generous handful of chopped green herbs such as parsley, basil, oregano and a clove of garlic, you have a deliciously fragrant version of a classic chimichuri.

Buenos Aires seasoning mix also lifts literally any kind of tomato sauce to top notch!
