These authentic soba noodles made from buckwheat and sweet potato have a mild, somewhat earthy taste. The sweet potato gives extra softness to the taste and texture. This pasta is naturally gluten-free and has a low glycemic index. Our noodles are organic, 100% pure and free of additives.
Cook for 5-6 minutes in a large pot of salted water.
Serve the cooked noodles on a plate with cooled Japanese dip sauce like tsuyu or just regular soy sauce. Or use with warm pasta sauce, in stir-fries, soup or salads.
